I have had the pleasure of training with Marta as a Personal coach. Marta's unique approach to fitness, which includes training with different tools, utilizing body weight exercises, and incorporating high-intensity interval training (HIIT), has been both challenging and incredibly effective. She expertly varies the exercises to keep the workouts engaging and ensures a balanced focus on both mobility and strength. Marta is extremely passionate about your health and wellbeing. When I met Marta for the first time, I knew I was in good hands. Not only did she help me get ‘wedding ready’, she also gave me the space to feel comfortable. I got many great pieces of advice, especially around food and building a lifestyle outside of the gym. She helps you build your confidence in and out of the gym. She shows up for you every time, physically and emotionally. Martha helped me improve my physical strength through tailored and engaging training. She trained my husband and me at the same time; she listened to our personal needs, customized the exercises and made sure we had fun each session. Over the course of our sessions she thoroughly explained the movements and the muscles involved, increasing the difficulty little by little; all while making sure we were safe. I've had trouble with my knees for some time and asked for strengthening. I went from being unable to squat to being able to do reps with weight. I would definitely train with her again: she provides results as promised.… meer

I met Marta in a time I was seeking for changes towards a healthier life. I was pretty much static during the lock downs and started to gain weight and having mobility issues. After deciding to change that and started going to the gym again, I was so confused with over information from the internet and conflicting advices from people, I started to either over-train or hurting myself by doing exercises with bad form or lack of a plan and focus. Then came Marta. She spent quite a bit of time to understand what my goals are, how much my body can take, what would be the best approach with my age and how much time I can spare to working out. She emphasized in functional training and mobility, so I can increase my life quality while getting in good shape. She challenged me in everything my body wasn't used to with much attention to prevent me from having any injuries. She is also the best work out partner and a super pleasant person to chat with:) After six months of working out together, I'm in the best shape of my life, already exceeded my initial goals, lost more than 10 kilos while actually adding up the amount of muscle mess that I would never imagined was possible for me. I know she's proud of me as a client, but not as much as I am proud of her:) I make decisions everyday for my work but the best decision I made was working out with Marta. Only downside is that I got used to having these results and I started to want more of it. But as long as I have Marta's experience and support, I have no doubt that I can reach any physical goal I set. Now I'm a raving fan for Marta Foglino. Marta is a very dedicated and energetic personal trainer. She offers a coherent set of exercises and has a sharp eye for the right body position, to avoid injuries. The total body workouts are challenging but achievable, I really feel and see progress. She always ensures a positive atmosphere with a smile.
